Reata at Oakbrook Village Safety BBQ (California)

On Thursday, July 2, 2015, W.E. O’Neil kicked off the holiday weekend festivities by hosting an on-site barbecue for the entire team at the Reata Project at Oakbrook Village, Laguna Hills. We celebrated the efforts of everyone involved in this project while maintaining their dedication to safety, which contributed to zero lost-time incidents with over 150,000 man hours worked within an 11 month period.

Those in attendance included the joint ownership group of Fritz Duda Company and Shea Properties, TCA Architects, and all project subcontractor personnel working on-site. A delicious lunch was served to all by Marshall’s Bodacious BBQ  of Ventura.

The Reata at Oakbrook Village is located in the heart of Orange County, California. The Type V podium project will consist of 289 units and approximately 11,000 SF of retail-shell space. Future residents will be able to enjoy a pool and spa, four podium courtyards, a fitness center and club house, and roof decks. Some of the other amenities include a residential mail area, one grade-level parking area and one partial subterranean-level parking area.
