Randy Klauss

Randy Klauss is a graduate from Arizona State University and passionate about making a positive impact on the Arizona region. Randy started in operations before moving into his current position as Vice President of Preconstruction. Since then, he has implemented new technologies to improve the preconstruction process and build strong relationships with local trade partners which has helped W.E. O’Neil stay competitive in the market and deliver successful projects.

Randy’s strong work ethic, attention to detail, great communication skills, and extensive experience in the local community has made him an excellent leader.
