This two-story, 80,000 SF, Type V-A wood-framed senior living facility is thoughtfully situated on a four acre site and offers 76 residential units dedicated to memory care and assisted living. Designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for seniors, this development brings together comfort, functionality, and modern design in a welcoming, residential setting.

The project scope includes the complete demolition of an existing school, comprehensive site improvements, and ground-up construction of the new facility. The building’s exterior is finished in smooth plaster and accented with dark bronze aluminum windows and storefronts, painted heavy timber trellises, and wrought iron railings, creating a warm and timeless architectural expression.
