Tennessee Health Management
60,000 SF
Located on the campus of the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital, this new two-story, 60,000 SF, 72-bed Transition Healthcare facility was successfully completed by W.E. O’Neil for Tennessee Health Management.
The building consisted of steel frame construction, metal wall panels, masonry, curtainwall, storefront glazing system, medical gas systems, a generator, and complete fire sprinkler system.
The project was completed on-time and within budget, and without a single deficiency during licensure inspection and approval. W.E. O’Neil built both the core and shell as well as the final build-out.
