Holiday Inn Renovation

W.E. O’Neil completed this 2,400 SF phased interior and exterior renovation for Holiday Inn in 2018. Our team collaborated on this design-build project with the architect, Supportive Design.

The scope of work included demolishing all existing finishes in the lobby, business center, bar, restaurant, first-floor hallways, front canopy, and entryway. We installed new tile flooring, wall coverings, bar casework, architectural soffits, lighting, reception desk casework, business center, and carpeting in the restaurant area.

The exterior renovation included

• Stamped concrete entryway
• Aluminum canopies for each of the first-floor windows
• Paint for the exterior EIFS
• Wrapped the front canopy with a composite wood material

All work was successfully completed while the hotel remained open for business, and each phase was scheduled around all major hotel events. We ensured the best plan of action for the project during the preconstruction process as well as throughout the build, through weekly on-site meetings with subcontractors and hotel managers.
