W.E. O’Neil completed the new 63,921 SF campus for South Middle School in Franklin County, TN.

The project consisted of a new building that includes:

  • Classrooms
  • Cafeteria
  • Kitchen
  • Auditorium
  • Library
  • Administrative offices
  • Connector to gymnasium
  • Parking lot

The scope of work also included a complete renovation of the existing 16,700 SF domed gymnasium, and providing new floors, HVAC system, plumbing, electrical and lighting upgrades, and roof, as well as updating both the locker rooms and restrooms.

Upon completion of the new facility, the current middle school building was demolished. Our team built this project while working around ongoing campus operations, faculty, students, and guests.
