Peak Innovation Park is a masterplanned business park at the entrance of the Colorado Springs Airport with future spaces zoned for office, industrial, retail, entertainment, recreation, and hospitality buildings.
For the first phase of the infrastructure portion of the project, our team tackled the site development of 193 acres.
Our scope included erosion control, grading, wet utilities, site concrete, asphalt paving, pavement markings, landscaping, electrical, and traffic signalization work.
