Welcome! Two New Estimators in Chicago

W.E. O’Neil Construction is excited to welcome two new estimators to its Chicago office. Tim Le brings more than 10 years of industry experience to his position as an Estimator, and contributes unique perspectives to each of his estimates through his background in architecture and environmental design. He has a proven track record in leading bid teams and developing strategies to provide accurate cost data to clients. Chris Cable joins the firm as a Senior Estimator with 20 years of preconstruction expertise in addition to his operations experience. Through his career-long focus on value optimization, he has secured nearly $2 Billion in new project awards throughout Chicago and across the nation. Both Le and Cable will serve as leaders within the firm’s estimating department and support its continued growth through efficient bidding and preconstruction processes.
