W.E. O'Neil Chicago Promotes Dennis Garlick and Cary Zarate

W.E. O’Neil Construction is pleased to promote two senior leaders within the company’s Chicago office: Dennis Garlick to Senior Vice President and Cary Zarate to Vice President of Estimating. A 36-year veteran of W.E. O’Neil, Garlick will continue to build upon existing client relationships, becoming a point-person for long-term customers and major accounts with national scope. Zarate has been a vital part of the firm’s Estimating department for 20 years and will assume full responsibility for the group, focusing on process enhancement and growing the group’s offerings. In addition to becoming a Vice President, Zarate will also be inducted as an officer of the company in March of this year.
