Randy has 40 years of experience in the construction industry and 30 years working within the Texas market. A licensed architect, he has a diverse professional background, with experience working on both the design and construction side of the industry over his accomplished career.
Randy founded DCA Construction in 2006 and has led the firm in building long-term client relationships by providing quality construction solutions for the Texas market over the last two decades. DCA joined the W.E. O’Neil family in 2022 and is now part of W.E. O’Neil.
The reason I got into the construction industry is because one of the greatest fulfillments of one’s efforts in life is visual, tangible evidence of those efforts.
