Dennis joined W.E. O’Neil in 1983 as a project engineer, then grew his career through increasing leadership in our estimating team. As senior vice president, he builds on existing client relationships and is a point-person for long-term customers and major accounts with national scope.
Dennis truly embodies W.E. O’Neil’s core values. Having spent almost 40 years of his career with us, he finds building our clients’ and his colleagues’ dreams the most rewarding part of the job. Dennis led the estimating department of our Chicago region for 20+ years. In that time he helped secure some of the company’s largest and highest profile jobs. He now serves project teams in an advisory role, while maintaining existing established relationships with the firm’s national customers.
You can find Dennis always out and about at a variety of industry events, conferences, and fundraisers. Dennis holds charity and giving back close to his heart. He founded the Chicago region’s WEO Cares program which encourages employees to volunteer at a variety of different organizations in the Chicagoland area.
