Since joining the W.E. O’Neil team in the fall of 2021, Chris Richins has been instrumental in leading our field operations team. He is particularly skilled in preconstruction, project estimating, and managing our trade partners. With a very hands-on approach, Chris is always focused on solving the unique challenges that come with every new building project.
An important lesson early in his career was that as individuals we don’t have to have all the answers, especially as we grow as leaders. What has contributed most to his success and satisfaction is organizing, motivating, and enabling others as part of a team. If we see our value as merely what we can do alone, we limit ourselves. But when we focus on building great relationships with our team and clients, we are unlimited in what we can accomplish.
We are one team. And, as a former mentor taught me: if no one cares who gets the credit, there’s no limit to what we can achieve.
