Alyce Neal

Manager, Business Development (AZ)

As Business Development Manager, Alyce Neal is the Arizona region’s company liaison and has strong relationships with clients, architects, and trade partners. Alyce has a Bachelor of Science in architecture, which provides her with a unique perspective on the construction side.

Her ability to think outside the box and to approach situations with creative solutions has made a positive impact on our ability to serve our clients and projects as well our internal operations. She is a strong believer in active listening and interpersonal communication, and her motivational skills are an integral part of the company culture.

Alyce believes in being involved in the local communities to better understand their needs, goals, and environments. She is a member of the Programs Committee for AZCREW, a member of the East Valley Partnership, and a member of Valley Partnership.
