Boulder, CO– The John Buck Company, Element Properties and W.E. O’Neil Construction recently broke ground on what will be an instrumental piece of the Boulder redevelopment project known as S’Park.
Located at intersection of 33rd and Valmont Road in Boulder, the new 10.8 acre development will feature 203 apartments, 89,000 sf of office space and 43,000 sf of retail space through five buildings. The development, S’Park short for Sutherland Park, is expected to open in 2018.
S’Park will be a LEED Platinum Neighborhood Development community in Boulder with creative and innovative features such as pedestrian and bike friendly neighborhoods, high performing green buildings and plenty of active parks/green space. A modern village for people to live, work, eat and play, S’Park will be a true mixed-use, mixed-income and transit-oriented place for Boulder.
