W. E. O’Neil is committed to promoting sustainable building and development practices. Our eighty (80) full-time LEED Accredited Professionals, have participated in over 4 million SF of LEED projects. In addition, we have assisted Owners with green building programs on dozens of buildings that have not pursued LEED credit. Sharing best -practices with Owner's, Designers, and our project teams we continually support building environmentally conscious facilities and sustainable construction.
