Mr. O'Neil began with W.E. O’Neil as a full time employee in 1967 and worked as a Layout Engineer, Office Engineer, Superintendent, Project Manager, Estimator, and Vice President of W.E. O’Neil. His most recent positions are President and CEO of O'Neil Industries and currently Chairman of the Board of O'Neil Industries.

Mr. Erickson began with W.E. O'Neil as a Project Engineer and was promoted through assignments as Project Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager, Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Administration. In 1985, he started W.E. O'Neil Construction Co. of California, and in November 2002 he was named Chief Executive Officer & President of O’Neil Industries.

John Hobbs started with the O’Neil Companies in 1984 in Phoenix, Arizona while opening a branch office of T. L. Roof & Associates. In 1990 Hobbs served as President of this company until 2003. O’Neil Luxury Homes was formed in 2001 with Hobbs acting as President. In 2004 Hobbs became President of T. L. Roof & Associates.

Brian’s diverse management experience in the construction field includes positions as Project Engineer, Project Manager, Estimator and Project Executive. In 1999, Brian successfully oversaw the launching of a new subsidiary office located in Denver, Colorado.

Todd started with W.E. O’Neil Construction in the LA office in 1988 as a Project Engineer, and then moved into the Estimating Department prior to relocating to the Denver area. Todd rejoined the W.E. O’Neil team in 1999 to open the Denver subsidiary office.
