William O'Neil

Chairman

Mr. O'Neil began with W.E. O'Neil as a full time employee in 1967 and worked as a Layout Engineer, Office Engineer, Superintendent, Project Manager, Estimator, and Vice President, President and Chairman of W.E. O'Neil. His most recent positions are President and CEO of O'Neil Industries and currently Chairman of the Board of O'Neil Industries.

Richard Erickson

Mr. Erickson began with W.E. O'Neil as a Project Engineer and was promoted through assignments as Project Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager, Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Administration. In 1985, he started W.E. O'Neil Construction Co. of California and was its' President until he was named Chief Executive Officer & President of O’Neil Industries in November 2002.

Mike Faron

Chairman, Chicago

M.S. Construction & Management University of Missouri

Mike joined O'Neil in 1973 and worked in various capacities including Superintendent, Project Manager, Vice President and Executive Vice President before becoming President in 1989. In 2008 was promoted to Chairman of the Chicago office.

John Russell

President, Chicago

Mr. Russell joined W.E. O’Neil in 1982 as a Project Engineer and has since served in every position of the project management team. He was named a Vice President in 2001, Executive Vice President in 2005, and President in 2008.

John Hobbs

President, Tucson

John Hobbs started with the O'Neil Companies in 1984, serving as Vice President/Operations Manager of our newly opened Phoenix office. In 1990, John was named President of our Phoenix office and served in this position until 2003. John has served as President of O'Neil Luxury Homes since its formation in 2001. In 2004, John became president of our Tucson office while remaining as President of O'Neil Luxury Homes.

Scott Dombrowski

President, Phoenix

B.S.C.M.; A.A.S. Civil Engineering Technology Purdue University

Mr. Dombrowski’s career with W.E. O’Neil began in the Chicago office in 1984. Since then, he has advanced from Project Engineer to Project Superintendent to Project Manager to Vice President. Scott transferred to the Phoenix office in 2000, and in 2003 he was promoted to President of Phoenix operations.

Brian Ramsay

Brian’s diverse management experience in the construction field includes positions as Project Engineer, Project Manager, Estimator and Project Executive. In 1999, Brian successfully oversaw the launching of a new subsidiary office located in Denver, Colorado. In March 2003, Brian was promoted to President of the California office.

Todd Guthrie

President, Denver

Todd started with W.E. O’Neil Construction in the LA office in 1988 as a Project Engineer, and then moved into the Estimating Department prior to relocating to the Denver area. Todd rejoined the W.E. O’Neil team in 1999 to open the Denver subsidiary office, and served as General Manager and Vice President. He was promoted to President of the Colorado company in March 2003.
